Coming from the Southern Africa, the food in Nigeria is totally different but the Chef was able to customize to our liking.

The place did not have an option of paying using a card/PoS, hence were forced to pay in cash.

They need to do better in all area… and their tax and services charge is so ridiculous… they are just extorting their gu

They gave us a room filled with mosquitoes at first and then when we complained they changed it to another one that was just there… they hotel does not come with breakfast.

The location

The bed was very uncomfortable. The environment was dirty. The reception was very tacky. The room had a damp smell. It is not value for money

-Staff were friendly -Good aircon-Electricity constant

-Was initially taken to the wrong room, which had no natural lighting and the bathroom looked dirty-I booked the room as it was advertised as having a pull out bed, which it did not-The pool was was not filled and from the sounds of it won't be for a while, yet its advertised on here-Wifi was hit and miss, usually a miss-Lighting in the room not great even with all the lights on-Fixtures little shoddy everywhere with poor finishes -Grime in bathroom and mold

It was near the venue of my meetings

Swimming pool was not working with no notice.The room have non sense stairs with high steps to go down to bathroom Breakfast st menu components were missing and poor cooking

The Pictures in Booking.com are nice

All things what are mentioned are half truth. Pool view from the Junior and also from the executive Suit, is just a view on the back yard stuff corridor or no window. The bed was cricking very loud by any movement and wakes you up from your sleep. Furniture are old and heavy used. Holles in the wall was just filled up, but not painted. Breakfast for an 3 person suite is just for one person, all other you have to pay more as is mentioned on booking. Pool was empty, the manager promised us on the first day, the next day we can use it, was just a cheap lie, the pool was not done until we left after 4 days. Stuff is slow, want to cheat at the end bill

The service from the staff was excellent. They listened and proved very helpful and attentive at all points of my time working there. The food from the restaurant was plentiful and delicious too. The entire place was kept very clean and to a very high standard. However... the biggest draw to the hotel was the strong WiFi and it did not disappoint. This might appear a small thing, but the hotel in Lagos don't often have the best WiFi.

There was not enough ventilation in my room.

booked on booking.com presidential suite only to get there and was given an executive room… saying Booking.com made a mistake and beside the amount I got on Booking.com could not cover for even the executive . staff didn’t care especially one madam Tina

Customer service was A1, very very very good. Location is great, facilities are in a great state and the room are very good. Wifi was strong and solid everywhere in the hotel, no need to think about it, it was seamless.

The room lacked a window and some natural lighting but made up with good lights and comfortable furniture, other than that everything was perfect.

I feel certain things in tbe hotel were over priced taking into consideration the current economic situation in the Country. For instance, a small bottle of water sold for N705.00
